Day 1

Ok so here it goes... The first day of blog-life. I'm going to try to do this thing. Going to try to do this while raising an amazing baby, running a household, and running a successful real estate company. I'm sure there is more I do, most likely things I don't do - like proof read my husband's blogs in a timely manner. 

 I hope my blog will be funny, sassy, and helpful. I will be stealing things from people, websites, and life. Some stuff might be original as I can be pretty darn original at times. If you have a crazy sense of humor or know me, you might get my jokes. If you don't know me, you can learn to be funny by reading my blog. 

 So, day 1 post complete. The little one will be waking in a few hours (let's hope for 3 am or Heck, how about 7 am! There are a million ideas rolling around in my head of what to post next. If there's time I hope to crank out a few of these babies. And a baby.

God Grant Me Grace

I don't even know where to begin except for I showed up to a much-needed massage appointment per request from the massage person to be there 15 minutes early. I showed up 15 minutes early only to wait an additional 15 minutes before she was ready. I felt a little upset as she wanted me to show up early so she could get her kids and not have to cut my massage short. I kept asking myself - what is the reason for this so what is the reason that I need to wait and have to spend more time away from my family when she's clearly not respecting my time. My main reason for this massage 1) had a coupon and a really great deal on Groupon, so I thought I would give it a shot. It's a new place that I haven't been to and I can see why the reviews have been rather poor. 2) I really just wanted some peace and quiet. I'm Alive.

Yes, the last blog from earlier today ended a bit sooner than I'd have liked. The timer went off, it was time to get to boot camp. It take a million years to get into the car with a 3 year old and 19 month old. I survived. I cheered others. I told myself I WILL NOT QUIT And I didn't! I may have "rested" here and there when it came to the millions of hill climbers I did. I used weights on my squat rotation! I rocked them. Will I be able to pee tomorrow or later today? Probably not. Will it be worth it? Most def.  Tomorrow is Upper Body and Core. My plan is 8:30 or 9:30 am. Who's going to join me??  Right now, they have a $1 a day dealio - $30 for 30 days. I'm excited. I hope more of my friends join in. I hope to cheer them on.  High Fives all around! I did it! I survived. And I stink.  #feeltheburn #burnbootcamp #burnverona #ididit
