So yeah... all gung-ho on the workout train. Then Labor Day weekend happened. I didn't go for 3 days! Maybe 4? I went on Wednesday to Burn . Yeah, it burns. I'm still sore. I lack motivation though! I was to get up at 5:15 A freaking M today! I went to sleep IN MY WORKOUT CLOTHES! All I had to do was 1) Get up 2) Put on Socks 3) Put on Shoes 4) Eat an egg & banana 5) drive to freaking boot camp Instead??? I slept. Granted I didn't sleep well after hubby woke me at 4:30 am telling me his boot camp was cancelled so it was ok for me to go at 5:30. I laid awake forever. Then I shut off the alarm. What's wrong with me? I love boot camp! I love when I go! I love how dang ass (literally) sore I am after. Ok, maybe not the day I pulled a butt cheek but I digress. Who's picking me up tomorrow?? I need a whoopin'. PS - GREAT stuff for sore muscles...
