I'm Alive.

Yes, the last blog from earlier today ended a bit sooner than I'd have liked. The timer went off, it was time to get to boot camp. It take a million years to get into the car with a 3 year old and 19 month old. I survived. I cheered others. I told myself I WILL NOT QUIT And I didn't! I may have "rested" here and there when it came to the millions of hill climbers I did. I used weights on my squat rotation! I rocked them. Will I be able to pee tomorrow or later today? Probably not. Will it be worth it? Most def.  Tomorrow is Upper Body and Core. My plan is 8:30 or 9:30 am. Who's going to join me??  Right now, they have a $1 a day dealio - $30 for 30 days. I'm excited. I hope more of my friends join in. I hope to cheer them on.  High Fives all around! I did it! I survived. And I stink.  #feeltheburn #burnbootcamp #burnverona #ididit

Let the excuses begin!

Let the excuses begin!!  Also known as... Mind F*** Today I start a 30 day challenge with a new place in Verona called Burn Boot Camp . I'm scared. My left butt cheek is already numb in anticipation of squats and other torture workout implements. I'm dressed.  But am I ready?? My Facebook friend JoAnne already posted that she did it at 5:30 am. Man, that's early! She did, so I can too, right? Or can I? I am my worst critic. I NEED THIS. Yes. This is the mantra I'll use. I have to do this. It's for me! My time. My health. My favorite jeans need this. This too . I'm 37? 38? I can't even remember. It was May of 1978, you do the math. It's Monday and I've already got enough stress rocking and rolling around my noggin' about this boot camp thing. Excuse list: my shoes are too tight....
